Jovaughn Stephens

Toronto-based filmmaker with a BFA from York University and over a decade of expertise in video and audiovisual live production. I work across cinematography, editing, graphic design, and web design — bringing a multi-disciplinary eye to every project.

Most recently, I edited the feature film Morningside. I also served as Music Supervisor on Bite of a Mango, which premiered at the American Black Film Festival and was acquired by AMC's AllBlk streaming platform.

Whether I'm behind the camera, in the edit suite, or designing for screen, every decision is a chance to tell a story with purpose. From initial concept to final delivery — I bring the same intentionality to everything I touch.
